Network Moral Problems And Construction On Network Ethics

Owing to the development of economy, progress of science and technology, particularly the advances of computer and network technology, the human being was been brought into Internet era. Network technology is a "double-edged sword" as the other technologies. It can bring benefits also disasters to mankind. Internet bring many conveniences for people's work, study and life. Simultaneously, there are many contradictions and problems in the network society, some of them are quite serious, and this has no alternative but to bring to our attention. In this regard, we should not stand idly by. Analysis of the root causes of problems and explore ways to resolve, so that the Internet to better service for people, which has great significance.Compared with the realistic society, the function of morals is more highlight in the network society. Because the intrinsic tensely of society control system has had the conversion due to the network characteristic in the network society. In the network society, the function of technique and law is weakening. In most cases, the people's words and deeds obey the summons of their own innermost feelings in the network society, so the morals play a very important role to the thought of Internet subject. The network ethics is a kind of inside defense line, as a supporting of training the immune system, which has a lasting, stable, universal binding force. In some degree, it can make up the shortage of outside control force, such as technique, law, etc. This is the basis that the article selects this topic. On this subject, this article is divided into three parts to discuss.The first part of this article is to explain the basic concepts and issues, that is, the network society, network ethics and their characteristics. Network society is established socialized virtual community which is based on information network technology. Network society as a new forms of society, there are many characteristics different from the traditional society, such as global integrated, space compressed, digital and virtual, open and free, etc. Network ethics is moral relations manifested through electronic information network for social interaction. Corresponding with the characteristics of network and network society, the network ethics have independent, open, pluralistic characteristics.The second part of this article is to talk about network moral issues and its reasons. Network social moral issues are diverse, commonly they contain infringement of intellectual property rights, information pollution, invasion of privacy, crimes against network and information security and so on. To analyze the causes and identify the crux which is the key of solving problems. The reasons of network ethics problems are various. Among these, there are the network itself structural handicaps, the bad drive of economic interests, The values error of Internet subject, and the missing of young people's morality.What is writing in the third part of the article is construction on network ethics, it is the main part of this article. Firstly, it analyses the necessary of construction on network ethics. In the network society, the characteristic of network itself lead it's difficult to achieve the desired results if we just depend on technology progress and law enforcement supervision, the function of network moral is more important. Due to all network moral problems are implemented by the Internet subjects, in order to avoid or reduce them, it is not only possible but also necessary to strengthen the construction on network ethics and improve the moral cultivation. Secondly, the network ethics principles are the core of the network ethics standard and the network behavior criterion, it is the concentrated expression of network ethics relations, it indicates general direction and basic requirement to the construction on network ethics. What is to say in this article is to establish fundamental principles of just, compatible, sound, respect and benefit. Finally, this article tries to raise the concrete measures of construction on network ethics. First, we should establish the guiding ideology of construction on network ethics.Which should be guided by Marxism and based on socialist ethics. We shoud rely on our current conditions and learn the advanced experience of the world. Second, to strengthen the research on network ethics, and constantly enrich and improve network ethics theories. Third, to strengthen the construction of network ethics principle, to ensure that we have legal support when we deal with network questions and the network behavior has the regulations to follow. Fourth, to strengthen the education and cultivating of Internet subjects. Education is a kind of effective method which can ensure the various external factors including ethics transform to Internet subjects' intrinsic conscious, thus to strengthen the morals education to Internet subjects is very necessary.
