The Discussion About The Historical Development Of The CPC's Constructing Theory As A Ruling Party

The conversion of the thought from the revolutionary party to the party in power and the commencement of the party's construction as a ruling party are both important themes for the revolutionary party once it holding the state power. And great efforts should be made to the party's construction for the revolutionary party in power as it plays the most important role in the new political system. The CPC tried great efforts to the party's construction as a ruling party after it holding the state power. Though great progress has been made, the CPC was still be restricted by the thought of revolutionary party in a certain degree, which frustrated the attempt not only to the construction of our country but also to the construction of our party. And what turned worse to be the interruption of the attempt of CPC's construction as a ruling party and turned out to be a party with revolutionary thought though holding the state power, especially during the "Culture Revolution". The writer of this article tries to analysis the reason of the "Culture Revolution" in the aspect of the revolutionary party's thought of the CPC's. The CPC went on to explore its own construction after the third session of the Eleventh National Communist's Congress. Deng xiao-ping Theory, as the second great theoretical innovation of the localization of Marxism in China. Strenuously pushed forward the Theory of Socialist Construction and provided the basic connotation of the building of the communist party in power which was extremely meaningful to the construction of the CPC. The third generation leading collective, represented by Jiang ze-min, strenuously and attentively carry out the construction of the CPC's in the new period, which faces "two historical major themes" of the party's construction. They take lessons and draw on the beneficial achievements from our party's construction during different periods, Jiang ze-min adheres to some theoretical innovation and put forward the "Three Represent Thought". It provides with a theoretical contribution to theTheory of Deng xiao-ping and great innovation to the constructing theory of the ruling party especially in that it helps to account for the major issue of our party's construction as "Which the ruling party should be and how to perfect it." It also helps to account for the laws of the communist party in power and further perfection of the theory of the CPC's construction.It will greatly benefit us to take lessons and draw on the beneficial achievements by the study of the theoretical development of the building of the communist party in power, to insist and perfect the building of the CPC while lay much emphasis on the capability of the ruling party.
