Studies On Improving External Environment In Operation Of Agriculture Industrialization

Since China's reform and opening, external environment plays an important role in supporting agriculture industrialization to promote economic development of rural areas in a continuous rapid and healthy way. But agriculture industrialization would be restricted by many external factors. At the same time, it has given strong impetus to the economic development of rural areas. Lack of capital is a main bottleneck that prevents agriculture industrialization from developing. To improve external environment constantly is right to change all kinds of social capital and productive elements into vital capital, which can multiply itself. It means at least input, most returns. And it also pioneers a new field in operation of agriculture industrialization.Firstly, the article elucidates the definition about the concept and the latest studies. Secondly, the author analyses improvement of external environment about the operation of agriculture industrialization deeply, including policy system, environment of invest and raising capital, marketing system and ability of government behavior. At the same time, the paper also makes the suggestion to solve this problem.
