A Study On Two Problems Of Industrialization Of Agriculture And Its Meaning To China

This thesis will analyse two problems, one is the inducing cause of emergence of industrialization of agriculture and the conditions of its realization, another is the cause of diversified form of agricultural industry organizations.In practice, industrialized agricultural operations are the selection of farmer and other benefit interrelated persons or organizations to conquer a series of problems they facing in the progress of countryside economic development and transition to market. In industrialized agricultural operations, behavior style of farmers and other benefit interrelated persons or organizations, or the relationship between them changes, its essence is a kind of inducing institutional change, and in the format of contract, a kind of loose or tight contract takes place of single pricing market contract.As a new style relationship of agricultural production operations, industrialization of agriculture can connect each parts of before production, in production and after production in agricultural production closely. Organizations of agricultural industry can exert such functions as professional income, scale economics, application of new technology, market financing and partaking risks etc, therefore it can improve the efficiency of industrialized agricultural operations and economic condition of countryside.This thesis is divided into four parts; they will describe the background and status quo of industrialized agricultural operations, expatiate some theories and explanation of industrialized agricultural operations, analysis and compare the industrialization of agriculture of China and other countries, give some possible advices to improve the industrialization of agriculture of China.Part I mainly analysis and explain the industrialized agricultural operations in China with theories new institutional economics on the base of description of part I. The main point of view is, industrialized agricultural operations is an inducing institutional change arisen from obtaining the income cannot be obtained under primary production management system. In this sector, we will introduce the theories and methods to be used briefly, and then explain the object to be analyzed. The essence of industrialized agricultural operations is using other contracts take place of provisional pricing market contract. Different contracts forms lead to different organization forms, thus, we can use theory of institution change and contract to analyze the industrialization of agriculture, and classify organizations of agriculture industry according to contract. Secondly, thisthesis discuss some inducing factors in the industrialized agricultural operations, they are professional income and scale economic income, change of relative price of agriculture produce, partaking risks and cost of market transaction information. On this base, this thesis discusses some powerful factors: realizing industrialization of agriculture, request of leading corporation's production and expand, promoting function of criterion of community and government. It mainly discusses the functions of leading corporations and criterion of community. Finally, this thesis makes a comparative analysis of all kinds of organizations arisen from the progress of industrialization of agriculture basing on contract, it expatiates causes of appearing all kinds of organization form in the progress of industrialization of agriculture, and we think that different transaction cost, in detail it's the different cost of measuring different matter property of transaction objects, leads different contract form, and leads different organization form farther. It also explains the contract adjustment and the cause of evolution of organization form consequently.
