Studies On Management Patterns Of Agricultural Insurance In China

Nowadays, the development of rural areas in China has gone into a new era. The problem related to social security of farmers has became a key one. Especially with China's entry into WTO, it is more necessary for us to make full use of agriculture insurance to protect farmers' interests. Nevertheless, the present situation is that: agriculture insurance has been withering in recent years and it isn't equal to economic development in china these years. It is even more possible to increase the loss of agriculture disaster since lack of systematic study, plan and precaution of agriculture risk. So, putting great endeavors in the research of management patterns of agriculture insurance has great significance in theories and practice.The purpose of the article is to formulate the ideal management patterns of agriculture insurance, which bases on the theories of insurance, together with the development experience of management patterns of agriculture insurance in foreign countries and our country, and through the analysis of the causes and present situation about this issue.The paper elaborates the basic theories on agriculture insurance and risk; analyses the causes and present situation about agriculture insurance and patterns of it; expounds and uses the main management patterns of agricultureinsurance abroad. After that, the author put forward to ideal pattern--leadingby local government, supporting by central government, commission marketing by business company and some other agencies. This pattern bases on the introduction of the development about management patterns of agriculture insurance and specifically investigates on several popular patterns of the theory in nowadays. Apart from address this ideal pattern, the author also makes suggestion on reform measures from policy, administrative system and other aspects. In order that the ideal pattern will actualize and coursing well, and make sure the second leap in rural areas comes early.
