Study On The Development Of Agriculture Insurance In Xinjiang

This paper elaborates the necessity of developing agriculture under the condition of market economy in xinjiang. The existing state and problems of agriculture insurance have been analyzed with qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the experience of other countries and provinces, auther puts forward a new model of agriculture insurance and development ways in accordance with conditions of xinjiang. It adopts the policy of non-profitable operation. Based on the rural cooperative insurance,this model is predominated by agriculture insurance company with supplementary commercial insurance.With the support of multistage insurance system ,it provides protection for the main corps and animals.ln addition, the agriculture risk fund and social subsidy is also very important.
