Studies On Inventory Management Based On System Dynamics

Inventory management is one of the most aspects of business work. Whether you can dell with the inventory or not will affect the survive and the development of the company. We can say that it is an unnecessary choice to set the inventory .Because , one side , there is some value to set the inventory for the unclear market, only we have the inventory , we can suit for the demand of the market . On the other hand , there is much shortcoming to set the inventory .As the inventory can add the cost of the business and it use too much invest .From the two aspects, we can see that the inventory is very complex , it is very necessary to study.In my paper, first , I introduce the basic knowledge of the inventory management and point out the main methods on inventory management . Second , I draw the conclusion that the point of the traditional study on the inventory management is about the material management .Bust in fact , it is very complex because the system of the inventory management' s unnecessary, and the method is to lack of operation.I avoid the thought of search for "the best method" and set the simulation on the System Dynamics . Use the knowledge of the System Dynamics , I analyze the inventory from the science point. At last, I explain the varies of the inventory of the company of H and bring out my own thought about the inventory management.Bring the System Dynamics to the inventory management is my aid. I hope my work can advise a useful idea for the search on the inventory management.
