Study On Safe Operation Mechanism Of Pension System In China

[Synopsis] In recent years, with the old pension system in China shifting from the pay-as-you-go system to the integration system, the period for accumulation becomes longer and the scale of fund expands continuously. The safety operation of the pension fund not only affects the security of the old peoples life, but also exerts a great influence on the labor and employment market, financial market and the State budget etc. It has become a subject for study and a great concern for the executive departments. The thesis, guided by the theory of economics, concentrates on the safe operation of the pension fund, elaborates the historical reasons and the realistic defects of the mechanism which affects the continuous operation of the pension fund and proposes the solution to the historical latent debts and the value maintenance and increase of the fund.
