The Probe Into The Construction Of Government Credit In The Transferring Period

Credit is the premise and foundation for the operation of market economy, and a favorable environment for credit is the necessary qualification and basic guerrentee for the persistent, speedy and healthy development of national economy. From the point of view of social credit structure, the credit of government is the foundation stone and guerrentee for the whole social credit system, and the precondition for the construction of genuine finance credit, enterprise credit and individual credit as well. In the transferring period, there exists in China a large amount of phenomena of government credit default in economic lives, which constitute a critical obstacle for the healthy development of society and economy of our country. Therefore, the probe into the construction of government credit in the transferring period is of great theoretical and realistic significance for the strengthening of the construction of the social credit system in our country and the improvement of the socialist market economic system.Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper analyses the existing issues and causes of government credit in China in the transferring period on the basis of the analyses of the connotation, characters, development and manifestation of government credit, and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of government credit in our country during the transferring period.
