The competitive advantage of the developing countries is embodied in labor intensive industries and resource intensive industries, they open up international market depending on lower cost, lower technology and lower price. Multilateral Trade Agreement restrain the competitive advantage of the developing countries, and so the developing countries can not get effective and full protection from the Dispute Settlement Mechanism owing to their weaker economic power, then turning into Members of WTO would do good to the developed countries obviously, and restrain economic growth of the developing countries greatly, so Multilateral Trade Agreement is only fair to the developing countries formally. The developing countries have to strengthen negotiation power by coordinating and uniting together when propose new subject discussion, because it is unique road to reach the target of revising unfair rules, The balance of the rights and obligations of all members should be established on the basis of the approximately equilibrium of benefits and loss from the trade with each other. When choosing trade strategy, the developing countries should attaching importance to strategic trade policy rather than comparative advantage strategy in order to promote industry structure and technology structure, strengthen international competitive power and keep continuous developing power.
