It has become a competitive focus in greatly developing personal banking business, expanding personal customers of high quality. However personal consumption credit is still a primary stage, whose level is quite low. There are many restrictive factors, and is more complex compared to production credit. During the ever changing financial situation from all over the world. It is a worth thinking problem that how the commercial bank grasp the opportunity and make good preparation for the future.This article discuss development problem of personal consumption credit business of Changchun City Agricultural Bank, creatively suggest developing credit card, strengthen the construct of financial supermarket and cooperate with competitors. In addition, because of the poor capability of assuming credit, imperfect of social guarantee system, Most people do not have enough confidence for the future .In this situation, many people won't do the choice of "spending tomorrow's money".2.
