All of these problem lead to highly debt to the enterprise and highly non-performing loans to the bank. There is huge debt crisis between bank and enterprise. In some extent, low-efficient bank—enterprise relation not only hinder the reform of state—own bank and state—own enterprise, but endanger economy development of our country.
