In the present world, globalization is one of the most important social phenomena. From the second half of last century, globalization influenced the international politics greatly. Globalization, no matter it is a kind of theory, is a kind of visual angle of observation and analysis problem still, riches international relation theory maximally. In this paper, I try to find out the new changes of International security problem through discussion how the globalization influences the international relation. Based on this analysis, I will discuss the view of the international politics academic circle about the international security problem, and compare traditional security theory and new international security view to find the different points of them. The major purpose of article lies in, because the new security view has reflected international security problem newest changes in globalization age, so we must take the new security view as guidance. To manage the current international security problems better and maintenance the world peace, establishing and perfecting the present international security cooperative regime. International security is the important part of international politics, and the international security theory is possessed in international political theory fairly important position also. In globalization age, international political theory has become " the art of human and science about human's survival ". Today, discussing the methods and the channels of promote and maintenance the international security has theoretical and actual meaning undoubtedly.The international security in the globalization ageGlobalization is the result of the various factors' interactions, such as politics, economy and culture. Now, it has broken away from the subjective will of person, has gotten the power to preserve and strengthen itself, and it has been looked as a kind of objective historical process. New technical methods of communication are facilitated the exchange of people. At the same time, the perfecting of traffic infrastructure have expanded the space of people continuously. The world's economic integration strengthens the countries' economic inter-dependent increasingly. The role of the transnational corporation becomes more important. Other countries influence the countries' economic campaigns obviously, and it is very hard to prepare and implement "independent" economic policy. The national state as the behavior of the world politics is restricted more and more. Population, lack of grain, exhausting of energy and resource, drug, crime, and disease etc, become global public problems influence human being' exist as is a species gradually. Those problems can not be handle by single country. Globalization has influenced the international relation greatly. Globalization has strengthened the influence of the distribution changes of power in international social politics, economy and military affairs. The channel of the country communication becomes more rich and complex. The relationships of between the countries are restrained more and more: with the process of the globalization, the amount of the international organization increases greatly. The international organizations take an important role in coordinating and handling affair of the world. Connect with above-mentioned condition, country, as a behavior of the world, it's autonomy in international campaign weakens continuously. The idea of state sovereignty is doubted. The boundary of countries is also easy to be infiltrated more and more. In the other hand, globalization has enlarged the gap of the developed countries and developing countries.
