We can fulfil extra conventional development through the development of information industry and the informationalization of traditional industries. By using the high-catalysis, high-penetration and high-increase of information industry, we can finish the transformation from natural economy to industrialized economy, and thus step on the new development road of high speed and low resource consumption. This is our necessary choice to solve the contradiction between large population, limited resources, protection of environment and the economic development. It is also necessary to solve all those series of problems rising from the traditional industrialization.To realize the leaping development of economy, we must have in our mind the domestic development, make full use of the funds, technology and management experience provided by the developed countries, bring into full work our later-development advantages, to effect efficient interaction between industrialization and informationalization, thus to transcend the traditional industrialization with the characteristics of high resource consumption and large investment, and build up a new industrialization pattern in China based on information technology.
