The Study On Ideological Education In The Process Of Military Informationalization

Accompanied by the new worldwide military revolution which initiated in nineteen-seventies, information war became a new form of the war after the cold weapon war , hot weapon war and the machinery war. As one of the completely new form of the war, its prominent characteristic is the wide application of information technology. The aim of the war has trans- formed from mainly killing enemies' soldiers to mainly destroying the enemies' resistant volition. Completely new form and notion of the war inevitably brings the new characteristics and significant changes in the military ideological education. Adapting to the demand of the age, studying the trait and the law of the military ideological education under the new war condition, reforming military ideological industry, and providing the correct direction, great motive and strong guarantee to win the future information war are the important tasks of our armies' ideological education and the important contents of informationalization process in the army.As Maotsetong indicated in the period of of new democracy revolution : "Dominating the ideological education is the central segment of uniting the whole party to carry out the great political struggle. If we can't solve this problem, it is impossible to complete any of the party's political tasks." The army is one of the strong instruments to carry out our party's and our nation's political task. The military ideological education is the army's 'lifeline'. Implementing political work is our army's excellent tradition and the critical guarantee to win the war. Ideological education is an important part of the army's political work. It is one of the theories and practice projects related to whole landscape of the nation's and the army's construction to implement the military strategy principle, play the fighting role of ideological education, make military preparation for the high-tech war in the future to ensure the leadership of the party in the army and to enhance the army's fighting capability.Directed by our army's strategic principle in the new period, focusing on the characteristics of information war and the reality of our army's information construction ,This paper studies the following problems in military ideological education by combining the practice and experience and referring to the experience of ideologicaleducation in army's information construction in western developed countries. Comprehensively implying the method of comparative study ,the method of combination of static and dynamic ,and the method of combination documents survey and on-the-spot investigation, the paper approach the problems of military education. The paper includes three parts:The first part inquirys into the strategic position and the function of the ideological education in the military informationalization process. The paper introduces the information war and military informationalization and content and new characteristic of military ideological education in the process of the military informationalization ; then describes the strategic position of ideological education in the process of the military informationalization in the background of revolution in military affair and emphasizes the important function of the ideological education in the military informationalization by combining the practice of our army's construction.The second part studies the basic principle and main content of the military ideological education in the military informationalization process. Pointing out the basic principles of the military ideological education in the military informationalization process: adhering to the absolute leadership of the party in army; adhering to the combination of the ideological education and military informationalization; adhering to advance with time in ideological education, adhering to carry out ideol- ogical education in the preparation for military struggle. Expatiating on "three ideas" of Marxism in socialism political education, military moral education, military legal education, military information science and technology education and other main contents .The third part introduces experience and operational method of ideolo- gical education in the process of military informationalization. At first,it Introduces the experiences of ideological education in the process of military informationalization of the armies in USA and KOREA. Based on the reality and aiming at winning the future war, putting forward the concrete methods to enhance ideological education in the process of military infor- mationalization of our army.
