Research On The Architecture Of Enterprise Informationalization Evaluating System And Its Application

Nowadays,with the rapid development of technology and the economic globalization., the level of informationalization has become an important symbol of the synthetic power and the potentiality of development for a country, an area and an enterprise. There are many researches and attempts to evaluate the level of informationalization in domestic and abroad, but most of the evaluating systems just evaluate the ability of social support and the average resource possessed in information society, and the research on evaluating systems for Enterprise Informationalization is few. Though there are some researches on evaluating systems for Enterprise Informationalization in our country, its emphasis is on macroscopic evaluation. Up to now, there is no practical evaluating system reported which has been recognized by enterprises generally.Our country is in the middle stage of industrialization, and the development of Enterprise Informationalization will accelerate the process of industrialization. Therefore, establishing the Enterprise Informationalization evaluating system, which is enterprise-oriented and easily operated, is significant for the government to draw relevant policies, and for the enterprises to promote Enterprise Informationalization. First, this paper establishes the system architecture of Enterprise Informationalization evaluating system, based on the investigating of demand for Enterprise Informationalization evaluation and analyzing of the correlative research in domestic and abroad. Second, under the principle of guiding comprehensive and operational, the paper proposes the index setting. Third, the paper analyses how to collect opinions from experts and count index weight by utilizing some methods, such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Direct Assign Weight and Expert Scoring, etc; Especially, this paper puts forward a way to make the system suitable for different kind of enterprises. Finally, this paper discusses the implementation of the Enterprise Informationalization evaluating system.The system discussed in this paper has been applied to several enterprises in Chongqing and been proved to be feasible and effective.
