Since the eightieth years of the 20 century, the private economy have been growing up vigorously, and becoming the important part of the market-oriented economy in china.The research about the private economy is few, especially about the personal management mode of the private enterprise is fewer. The coming of the economy globalization and information era in 21 century bring opportunities and challenges to the private enterprises. If the private enterprises can catch the chance and win in the competition depend on the personal development and management in the firms ultimately .So , the research is to study the personal management mode of the private enterprises in different scales . In the paper, there are four modes of personal management : familial and institutionalized , familial and uninstitutionalized , unfamilial and institutionalized , unfamilial and uninstitutionalized. At the same time, I have build a model of relation between personal management and the competition of the private enterprises. In the model, the setting factors are developing scales and personal management modes. The model is a frame analyzing the choice of the personal management mode to different scales in the private enterprises. The paper's composition are as follows:The first part: preface. Including the study's setting, the summary of thepast outcomes , the method of the study and the innovation in the paper.The second part: the building of theory model. Give hypothesis and theoryframe, and have a illustration about the technology route.The third part: the research of the interview and case. Interviewing someprivate enterprises to have a perceptual knowledge about the personalmanagement and the competition in the private enterprises. In the endchoose a case to have a deepen study.The fourth part: questionnaire research. Have a factor analysis study,relation study, aggression analysis and means analysis to verify thehypothesis given in the second part.The fifth part: discuss and conclusion.Discuss the questions in the research and draw a conclusion in the end .
