The heightened level of global competitiveness has altered all enterprises to the fact that all their resources must be utilized better than ever before. In the face of the change of the environment, the enterprise should not only adjust organization structure and develop new technology, but also cognize the base of human resources over again. Human resources are the decisive factors for a modem enterprise's competitive. Business competition worldwide is becoming more and more relied on advanced technology and talent. The effective management and human resources are very important for an enterprise to stand a superior position in the furious market competition.Based on the theories and practice of joint venture's human resource management, we analyzed the Nanfang-YAMAHA Company's current human resource management status and examined personnel planning, recruit, performance appraisal, compensation and career development system. We also figure out the drawbacks of the company's current human resource management system. On the basis of our research, we give a viewpoint of enhancing NanFang-YAMAHA Company's human resource management in the following 5 aspects: job analysis and positions system, performance appraisal system, compensation system, career development system and corporate culture. All the 5 aspects are becoming the bases of NanFang-YAMAHA Company's human resource management system and support the enterprise continuous development.
