Along with the increase of competition, Human Resource Management (HRM) is required to contribute to achieving enterprise objectives more scientifically, reasonably and effectively. Amongst others, study on impact factors on HRM can help the improvement of HRM systemically.The thesis studies the impact factors of HRM, by comparison between Nanfang Yamaha company and New Wellful company, and by the method of combining theory and practice, analyzes the impact of business characters on HRM from industrial characters, development phases and strength aspects; the impact of manpower character from manpower quality, seniority, gender and age structure aspects; the impact of enterprise culture from the impact of enterprise value on talent vision and motivation system, of management style on selection and training system, and of interpersonal culture on talent development environment; the impact of structure of senior management from the impact of value of major shareowners on HRM direction, of stability of structure of share on HRM efficiency, of quality of senior management on benefit of HRM.The study shows that the level of HRM is related with impact factors, the study of HRM is becoming more and more detailed, the impact factors shall be improved, and HRM is not only impacted by impact factors passively. Based on the study, some suggestions on HRM to Nanfang Yamaha and New Wellful companies are proposed including improving structure of share, considering industrial characters in HR recruitment and retaining. Meanwhile, HR management staff can improve the impact factors by improving the HR management.
