On The Enterprise Internationalization Growth Strategy

Enterprise internationalization pullulating is a subject widely concerned by enterprise theory research and practice. From the perspective of the economics and management syncretizing, with the help of the academically front theories and views, this paper systematically analyses and studies the enterprise internationalization growth of which the following are concluded: enterprises' direct investment externally, enterprise internationalization, enterprise strategy flexibility, enterprise nuclear ability, etc.. And therefore a frame of a theoretical system is primarily formed. On the basis of summarizing the status quo research and its dynamic conditions home and abroad, this paper first comments on the development of the enterprise' FDI and then grounding on the general expatiation of enterprise internationalization by the MNEs theories and the enterprise pullulating theories it briefly talks about the internationalization theories to discuss the ways of enterprise internationalization pullulating: multinational management.The strategy of enterprise internationalization growth is the determinant for the enterprises to have a healthy sustainable development in the dynamic competitive environment. The essence of strategy is to take on everything^ consider the future to make the enterprises automatically adjust themselves to the international environment of the dynamic competition. And the enterprise strategy must be flexible. This paper discusses the two relationship moulds strengthening the enterprise strategy flexibility based on resources and puts forward the implementing moulds of the flexibility and its tactic frame.The principles and the methods brought forward in theenterprises' nuclear ability theory is one of the most valuable fruits in the field of enterprise strategy theory up to the present because it introduces the front theory from the western academe and defines the internationalized enterprises' nuclear ability and further studies the close relationship between the enterprises' nuclear ability and the enterprise strategy flexibility. And moreover, it probes into the implementation of the enterprises' nuclear ability strategy, this paper emphasizes the key strategy in the enterprise internationalization growth: research on R&D strategy. Beginning with the analyses on the R&D theory, it discusses its influential elements and its policy Sigifinance.In the last chapter, This paper also connect with the practicality, analyzing our country's international business, which included our charastic ,present and suggestions on the nuclear ability, in the end, analyze our unstated-owned enterprise's internationalization.
