A Research On Chinese Enterprise Direct Foreign Investment

As an irresistible trend, economic globalization is more and more important in 21st century. Looking into the international economic circumstance in the new century, international capital movement and investment have been the engine for the world economics. "Going out" is a crucial strategic policy adopted by Chinese government under this new situation. This move conforms to the trend of global economic globalization. The practice of this policy will enable China to cope with the challenge which she will face after her entry into World Trade Organization. And it also is a necessary request in the new period of China's opening to the outside world.Considering the inconformity between the development of Chinese direct foreign investment and the development of her economics, there are some problems in Microeconomic and Macroeconomic fields that need to be solved. Under this background, reviewing west investment theory, this paper tries to draw out the necessary theory for the development of Chinese direct investment. Besides, in terms of theory and practice, this paper also focuses on what kinds of measures and procedures should be taken to promote the development of Chinese direct investment in the future with drawing successful experience from other countries.
