| With the rapid development of e-commerce, the theory and technology related to it has been thoroughly researched and deeply explored. Gradually, people realize that, as a new implementation platform, the application prospect and increment potential of e-commerce is tremendous. Meanwhile, through the rapid betterment of network economy, we have observed that the core research of e-commerce, other than the two main exterior factors: bargaining security confining the reliability of e-commerce, together with the environment of the logistics as the implementation bottleneck of e-commerce, however, is to model and implement with software the operation logic of commerce bargaining, whose focus is service, not only the electronic implementation of the bargaining means and platform.At present, research on the tradeoff model of e-commerce is mostly confined in two aspects: first, setting about with the computer application technology, the practical commerce bargaining activity is partly implemented. WEB publish system to release the commodity information is used, being assisted with traditional payment and mailing means in order to achieve the bargaining objective, the most representative application similar to the commodity selling mode in the big retail marketplace. The application of this kind makes use of certain advantages of Internet, such as information cross-district transfer, but it doesn't perfectly combine with the characteristics related to economy such as the optimization control.Second, theoretical and testing research is done in the viewpoint of economy. The tradeoff models designed are related to many factors, and emphasize the economy validity, but seldom have been explored concerning the implementation of algorithm. Most theoretical models have high complexity in algorithm, and are very difficult to implement.Therefore, according to the analysis of the practical commercial bargaining environment and architecture, with a background of the "big market in Internet" city level e-commerce business platform (2001), an e-commerce demonstration application project in Chongqing and the research of the operation mode, model, algorithm and supporting technology of e-commerce (2002), a scientific research project in Chongqing, integrating the characteristics of distributing intelligent agent and the representativecommercial tradeoff models, the author promotes forward the Multi-Agent Matchmaking tradeoff idea in the Internet environment, and designs the structure of Multi-Agent Matchmaking tradeoff system. Following the principle of justice, practicality and advancement, this essay establishes Multi-Agent Matchmaking tradeoff model in Internet environment, and analyses the economy and mathematics characteristics of this model.The multi-agent Matchmaking tradeoff model based on the theory of information economic, game and the AI's multi-agent is the very important model of the Internet EC in the future.The course of commercial bargaining is very complicated, and there are many variables relating to the course of bargaining. In order to simplify the problem, this paper mainly researches the deciding dynamic price model in the commercial bargaining. At the same time, some important indexes such as bargaining quantity and the time participating in the bargaining are considered.Deciding the dynamic price is the foundation of the automation and intelligence of e-commerce tradeoff. This paper deeply analyzes and describes the dynamic price mechanism in two aspects: first, through basic matching, the Matchmaking agent decides the bargaining collection and the bargaining price.
