On The Implemental Orientation Of The Democracy And The Introductory Effects Of The Democracy Construction For This Cognizance

When we have come into the new period of our socialism construction, the democracy construction is the core and hope of the politics-system reformation. Of course, we have succeeded in this work to some extent and gotten some prominent results. However, we also can see such deviant phenomena as vote boodle, vote deal, privately control, government interference, and abandoning participant etc. What's more, most of the countries with democracy tradition are getting into the stagnancy of development, and the function of democracy could not get to a more plenitude extent. So, rethinking the connotation of the democracy calmly, summarizing the course of the democracy roundly and especially rescanning the orientation of the democracy is a necessary task for long-term construction for our socialistic democracy. Whereas this, the paper discusses this thesis with the logic- analysis means and other methods such as history-analysis, instance-analysis. Basing on the discussion, the author hopes to provide a little academic or practical reference to our democracy construction.In the beginning of the paper, the author considers the orientation of the democracy to be the key to our cognitive confusion for democracy after reviewing the development course of democracy from its perspicuity, maturity, diversification and confusion. Then, referring to the character of the autarchy including the base of validity, mode of regnant, end-result of power, room of right and construction of society, this paper analyses the connotation of democracy from the angle of its contrary autarchy, and gets the conclusion that democracy is an intact concept including three lays like polity, system and principle. On the base of the above analysis, this paper tries to demonstrate the implemental orientation of democracy from the connotation of democracy, original meaning of democracy, disputation of democracy genre, practice of democracy in Asia and the seeking course of democracy in our country. Following that, the paper dissertates the practical significance of implemental orientation of the democracy from three aspects that it can help to clarify dense fog of democracy at the present, rethink the misconception during the seeking course and redispose the development way for our country. By all of this work, the author expects to achieve a logistic integrality that is a course from thesis choice to demonstration and from theory to practice.
