Theoretical Costruction Of The Connotation Of People’s Democratic Values In The Whole Process

Once people’s democracy in the whole process was put forward,it was regarded as an important theoretical achievement in the development of socialist democratic politics.It eloquently demonstrated to the whole world the core advantages of people’s democracy in the realization of democratic politics.In order to explore the theoretical construction of the whole process of people’s democratic value connotation,this paper analyzes from three perspectives: theoretical generation,scientific connotation and theoretical implication,and practical path.The whole paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,this part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the topic,from the perspective of theory and practice respectively.Comprehensive research status at home and abroad to lay the foundation for subsequent analysis;And the research method and innovation of this paper.The second part is the whole process of people’s democracy in the new era.This part discusses the importance and necessity of the whole process of people’s democracy theory from three aspects: theoretical basis,historical context and realistic background.This paper mainly combs the three theoretical premises of Marxist democratic concept,Chinese traditional people-oriented thought and socialist democratic thought with Chinese characteristics,analyzes the democratic system construction from the period of new democratic revolution to the new era,and the practical research of the whole process of the theory of people’s democracy.The third part summarizes the theoretical implication and scientific connotation of the whole process of people’s democracy.This part firstly analyzes the philosophical ontology dimension of the people being masters of the country,the etymological dimension of the word composition and the practical dimension of the democratic system construction,so as to obtain the theoretical characteristics of the dialectical unity of history and reality,the dialectical unity of inheritance and innovation,the dialectical unity of pluralism and synergy,and the dialectical unity of particularity and generality.It then explores its theoretical connotation from three aspects of value pursuit,action guide and practical purpose.Finally,it analyzes the meaning of the abundant Marxist theory in China and its practical development of Chinese democratic practice,which realizes the innovation of human democracy form and provides reference for other countries that want to adopt the path different from Western democracy,which has abundant times significance.The fourth part puts forward the practice path of the whole process of people’s democratic development and construction.First,to build democratic consensus,we need to combine electoral democracy and consultative democracy,break the stereotype that democracy is an election,and adhere to the extensive and legal combination of consultative democracy and electoral democracy.Second,from the grassroots Party organizations to the government governance system,we need to implement the concept of democracy from the inside out and build the democratic system from the bottom up.Only in this way can we implement the authenticity and universality of people’s democracy in the whole process.Third,to enhance the effectiveness of democratic governance requires the combination of institutional environment and cultural atmosphere.Institutional construction is the foundation,and benign expression of democratic discourse is an important way to enhance the effectiveness of democracy at present.The proposal of the whole process of people’s democracy reflects the Party’s deep understanding of the basic laws of the construction of socialist democracy,and provides strong support for the prosperity of the theory of socialist democracy.Today,with the decline of Western monistic democracy,it is of great value to explore the value connotation of the whole process of people’s democracy in an in-depth and all-round way,which is of great value for China to accelerate the pace of democratic political construction and establish and consolidate China’s discourse power in the construction of democratic value in the world system.
