ASP is to play a very important role in computer system application and also a trend of the development of software and Internet. At present, domestic ASP is at the introductory stage, while a large number of IT Companies have participated in the industry, and many relevant developers, including Telecommunication Operators, Hardware Developers, etc., are undertaking exploitation & strategic design to improve the industry. However, existing domestic researches about ASPs are neither enough nor adaptive. So, to seek and find suitable development models for domestic ASPs is of practical value. After making a lot of surveys and referring a great deal of research findings of famous institutions at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the strategic circumstances which the domestic ASP developers face and the strategic resources they possess on demonstration basis, expatiates on ASP抯 general situations and market models, external circumstance features, prons ad cons for different ASP developers, and points out the basic strategic capacities which domestic ASPs must bear at introductory stage. In conclusion, the thesis puts forward with development strategy in three aspects: O Market Strategy: FSP, VSP and DSP models ?Market Promotion: Domestic ASPs must consider approaches, which adapt to Chinese situation. The models, which the thesis suggests, are Offline Operational Model, LAN ASP Model and General Marketing Model in which ASPs serve as educators. ?External-circumstance-perfection, opportunities-prehension and risks-avoidance: It is appropriate for domestic ASPs to choose copartners according to ASP抯 operational features, and to establish loose or strict alliances respectively.
