Research On Anti-risk And The Control Of The Staff Quality Of Bank Of China Xuancheng Branch

Finance is the core of modem economy as well as banks being the major of finance. The safety, efficiency and the steady operation of finance system have great importance on the general economy. Being a high-risk industry which stretch itself into every fields of social lives, once the bank crisis come forth it may leads to chain reaction in the finance system and leads general systemic financial storm as well as the mass of economic order so much as seriously political and economic crisis. So how to digest and defend finance risk have come into been important content of the banking operation. The thesis integrate the practice of my job with the research on the anti-risk and the control of the employee behaviour of Bank of China Xuancheng Branch and may have essential academic and practical significance.At first, this paper examines the importance of human being in the historical process of nature evolution and society development Especially it concentrates on the quality of bank's staffs and gives analysis of it on the base of the role in safe and prudent running of financial industry. Thus it puts forward the conception of "the risk of bank's staff quality" and also gives out its definition. It summarizes the character and implication of the risk of bank's staff quality in theory. Then based on research and investigation, it introduces the condition of staff quality in Bank of China Xuancheng Branch and the risk which may exist in detail from the formation of staff and practical states in many aspects such as the level of culture and knowledge, the structure of knowledge, business quality, professional job title, etc. And it analyzes its cause of formation in detail from the aspects of history system in our country and traditional management system.Afterwards, it puts forward a specific way of risk management in how to control this kind of risk, which is to distinguish, evaluate and dispose. Finally, according to the feature of modern competition under market economy, in the light of the biggest problem state-owned commercial banks facing , which is the management of human resource, and considering it as key, it sets up the system to control the risk of staff quality with the combination of qualitative and quantitative way,. This paper tries to build competitive system of human resource management, thus to achieve the aim to anti-risk and control the risk of staff quality.
