Multi-objective hydropower projects work in controlling flood, generating electricity, irrigation and shipping. Reasonable allocation and comprehensive use of the investment and cost pension of multiobjective water projects is helpful to the coordination of the requests of different participants, the defining of economic development mode and magnitude, appropriate use of water resource, and realization of 'Those who benefit invest". Cost sharing including fixed asset sharing and annual cost sharing. In this paper, we mainly discuss the fixed asset sharing. Firstly, five different costallocation methods are commonly used to allocation the joint costs of multiobjective water projects. After introduced the traditionary methods, we apply the Shapley theory of n-person cooperation game theory to discuss the solution problems. Base on the minimum cost-remaining savings and core , translate the cooperative strategy into game quadratic programming and the interactive multiobjective is put forward. Finally, all of the three methods are studied by giving an example of Shui Bu Ya hydraulic projection and make sure the result more justice and rational than the traditionary methods.Above all, share investment for the multi-objective hydropower projects lack a accredited method. The paper brings forward the allocations on the base of the n-person cooperation game theory. Those method take competion and cooperation into account, it will have a good effect on the share investment.
