Traditional methods of marketing have been challenged during the new era. It can't meet the demand of the development of enterprises. E-Marketing comes into being. It has a lot of advantages. So it is very important to study E-marketing in new era.In this dissertation, it points out the significance of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations, clarifies the definition of E-Marketing, discusses the theoretical function of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations, analyses advantages and disadvantages of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations and puts forward the countermeasures of overcoming the disadvantages in E-Marketing. Then, the paper analyses the process of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations and exemplified it. At last, the paper draws a conclusion that E-Marketing and Traditional Marketing should be developed at the same time. This dissertation attempts to carry through innovation from the following aspects: Firstly, there are few books and articles about E-marketing of real estate companies, so this dissertation is very up to date. Secondly, theory and practice are combined. Thirdly, author puts forward some innovative measures to consummate E-marketing of real estate companies.
