The Study Of Anhui’s Rural Old-aged Supporting In The Progress Of Urbanization

China,as the largest developing countries and the most populous countries in the world, the population is in transition and the aging population is in increasingly serious degree. Meantime, with the development of urbanization, the population composition be seriously affected.The statistical data and the prognostication showed that the elder support of rural areas will be the focal point of elderly situation in Anhui province. On the one hand, the urbanization of Anhui province will have a rapid development, on the other hand, the elder population have a increasingly growth. Traditional family elder support will face a new challenge as well as the social support of the aged.This paper will analysis the present situation of aging problem of rural areas in Anhui province from the respect of family support, agency support, pension system and policies. At the same time, the author will give his recommendations as references to solve the aging problem.This paper mainly divided into four aspects:Firstly, the analysis of present situation has been highly thought, including the analysis of urbanization level as well as the present situation of population aging in Anhui province,especially in the rural area. It is thought that the pressure of providing for the aged is in the rural area, and the main problem of aging in rural area is in the concept of "providing".Secondly,the relationship of urbanization and providing aged life in the rural area has been thought. One hand, this part is the theoretical analysis of the relationship between urbanization and the aged problem. On the other hand, this part mainly explored the data of the population, society and economy development index that compared with aged problem of Anhui province, and analysed the related factor on the influence of aged problem.Thirdly is the analysis of aged trend in the future. This part is a determination of population aged problem of Anhui province. Therefore, a developing trend and characteristic of population aged problem in the whole province has been acquired.Fourthly is the analysis of present situation of aged providing in the rural area. With the help of existed literature and field investigation, the present situation of aged providing in the rural area is analysed as five aspects:family providing, institution providing, the specialization and occupation level, rural endowment insurance and endowment policy. Fifthly is the strategy thought of rural endowment problem. From the analysis above, the problem of population aged in the rural area of Anhui province and providing system could be discovered, suggestions toward aged problem of Anhui province should be gave, and construct a rural endowment system.
