A Research On Subsidy Standard Of An Assisted Housing Supplying System Of Xi'an

Assisted housing (AH) is a kind of general house with low rent for the poorest families with registered permanent residence of a city or a town, which is carried out for social welfare in housing field by a government or a unit. It's an emphasis of AH supplying system for a city to define subsidy standard based on local situation.In this paper, firstly, we compare and analysis the defined standard of some country and some domestic cities. Some beneficial experience for Xi'an will be summarized. Secondly, we analysis all kinds of supplying mode and subsidizing mode of AH. When choosing supplying mode for Xi'an, purchasing mode is suitable; when choosing subsidizing mode, rent subsidizing is appropriate.In this paper, we collect groups of economical data of some domestic cities where definite allowance standard of AH have been defined. Some factors, including GDP, local finance, resident's income, average rent price in renting market, are most influent. Based on these factors, an allowance model on AH subsidy standard of Xi'an will be established by multiple linear regression method. Being the supplement of the model, a standard on maximal rent allowance also will be put forward.Also hi this paper, we analysis briefly the area standard and the adorning standard of AH of Xi'an.
