It mainly analyzes the application situation, the trait that searches and implements ERP in the field of Coal Mine is put forward.And then, the paper analyzes the managing status of Kailuan Clean Coal Co. at length, such as the structure of organization, the mode of management, the financial status and the foreground. Some problems are to be found in the developing progress of Kailuan Clean Coal Co., and a conclusion to the valid path is drawn to implement ERP system.According to the demand of carrying out ERP system, the paper divides the main business into four parts, which are finance, accommodation, budget and manpower resources.
