Our vast land area, larger population density, natural disasters frequently happen to lives and property of our people and caused huge losses, in order to effectively cope with sudden disasters, governments need to set up an efficient network of emergency supply chain. The emergency supply chain, including suppliers of materials upstream, emergency command center midstream, disaster point downstream, the emergency command center at the heart of this network, the operation of its entire network need this centers command and coordination. Emergency supply chain enhance operational efficiency has been a priority, this article will give an optimization.Firstly, search the relevant literature about emergency rescue, and know the status of our current emergency rescue work, get the structure of the supply chain, explore the different features between different emergency operation modes. First proposed four different emergency supply chain operation modes and different operation modes are compared, presented the advantages and disadvantages of various modes of operation, obtained by various modes of operation to adapt to different situations. Through further research presented below, including the emergency response capacity of supply chain, emergency supplier production and supply capacity, the ability to organize and coordinate the emergency command center, disaster point information feedback capability of the four variables, each node through the emergency supply chain, further we give corresponding to each variable measure, to arrive at a complete structural model diagram. Finally, designed the questionnaire, take back the effective questionnaires and make statistical analysis by SPSS, according to the reliability and validity of the resulting analysis results, determine the values of related parameters in the model is reliable. On this basis, further by AMOS software which based on maximum likelihood method, getting the path diagram of the structural equation model, and test the fitting of the model, the test results show that the fitting model is in good condition, therefore accept this paper puts forward the assumption of the model. In order to optimize the emergency supply chain, the model is defined as the events to the left of the part and the right is defined as the structural part, from the path graph analysis and comparison of parameters to find the weak link of emergency supply chain, put forward the specific optimization measures.The method of building Emergency supply chain optimization model which is based on the structural equation, from the refer to the literature, there is still no search to a concrete application example, it should be said that this method can extend structural equation in the application of emergency supply chain...
