Study On The Value Of Anti-monopoly Law

That systematic study on value connotation, value orientation, value realization of anti-monopoly law in view of value theory undoubtedly involves the reasonabiiity of existence and the completion of task of anti-monopoly law. The value of anti-monopoly law is the aim and demands when the law is being set up, and the actual effects when the law has been set up. By analysizing the different values of anti-monopoly law in different countries, the author concludes that the particular national conditions must be paid attention to when orientating the value of anti-monopoly law. Meanwhile, the value of economic law must be stressed too. Free competition, substantial equality and beneficial results of the whole society are the values of anti-monopoly law, which is decided by current conditions of China, the value realization of anti-monopoly law depends largely on people's understanding the law and coordination of all the values of the law.
