Channel 2: boost rural industrialization through adjusting and upgrading industry structure, innovating rural companies management, and enhancing labor's talent. Channel 3: advance rural urbanization through altering rural residents' behaviors and synchronizing urban functions.Chapter 4 developed countries' agriculture information of character and reference.
