It neglects the importance of the mental demand of the urban vulnerable groups, namely research and understand their psychology and heart world, and aspiring develop relevant mental salvation. It is true that economical aid appears positive function in the problem of the urban vulnerable groups and has very important realism meaning. From some view, mental salvation, such as care, sympathy, induct from the society, isn't inferior to substance salvation. Study on the psychology and mental salvation of the urban vulnerable groups can help them know their problem that they are faced. It can help them take scientific and rational attitude to treat temporarily inextricable phenomenon and unable conquerable problem. It cannot bring on panic psychology. It can meet people's deep level mental demand.Currently, the living of the urban vulnerable groups is located in a state, that is, low income, few earning, increasing deep relatively- poverty, high n modulus, inanition, basic plump, simple low-level cloth, strain family-relation, big family-burden. Because they are confronted with problem and living state that is distinct with other social groups, they appear some special psychology. This paper adopt questionnaire and interview method to investigate psychology health for the urban vulnerable groups, analyze ten kinds of psychology, point out influence factors such as society, person, family.In allusion to the psychology of the urban vulnerable groups, it should set up mental salvation system for the urban vulnerable groups according to five principles, namely combine mental salvation and project obtain employment, deliverer accept psychology health education in advance, help people self-help, meet basic demandfrom low-level to high-level, combine mental salvation and thought politics education. We think the content of the mental salvation of the urban vulnerable groups that should focus on two aspects, that is, whole thought, education thought, prevent thought, optimize the psychology diathesis and prevent remedy badness psychology action of the urban vulnerable groups. There are three approaches to implement mental salvation. Firstly, popularize the knowledge of psychology health, improve salvation consciousness. Secondly, set up mental salvation organ that lean on community. Thirdly, build up crsis intervention organ and net.
