This paper is dealing with such questions as local economic development and economic development models, with an explicit purpose of offering a possible analysis framework, find some beneficial experience and practical principles of a few economy management styles and try get some ways of transforming economy to styles which can be followed, namely, to supply a kind of model to enable certain local economy to learn from the outside world while trying to give full play to its own advantages simutaneously.This paper, closely based on the economic viewpoints, is meant to get some clues over the laws of economy development and supply some useful points of view for our socialist economy development strategy by analyzing the history and the present situations of Xingfu Town in Shandong Province while comparing it with that of other areas. Through some authentic research and standard analysis, it tells how these two used-to-be-less-developed places have attained their present prosperity by improving their systems and government functions. Through analyzing how Xingfu Town gave forth new ideas in its system of ownership and property right to make the transition from the private-owned economy to the public-owned economy, together with analyzing some questions raised during the development of Wenzhou Style, this paper offers some advice.
