Research On Business Model Of Hubei ZG Educational Institutions

As many as 8.74 million new graduates will graduate in 2020,the difficulty in finding a job has once again sparked heated debate.Civil servants are favored by examinees because of their high social status and good welfare.More and more college graduates choose to enter the public service.In 2004,the number of people taking the national civil service examination was 120,000.After 16 years of development,the number of people taking the national civil service examination in 2020 is 1.29 million.The popularity of public examination has given rise to the emergence of public examination training institutions.However,most institutions have problems such as unclear enterprise positioning,single profit means,backward business philosophy,and lack of systematic analysis of their own business model.The bottleneck of enterprise development needs to be broken through.This study combined with the 14 years of development of the hubei ZG education,using the canvas tool of business model to carry out analysis and demonstration.By integrating the nine elements of the business model,this study refines the business model into customer dimension,business condition dimension and revenue dimension.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the market environment of the public examination training industry,this study searched for the existing problems of ZG education business model,explored the innovative methods,and finally put forward nine suggestions from three dimensions.Specifically,in terms of customer dimension,ZG education needs to broaden channels,increase product uniqueness and further market segmentation.In terms of business dimension,it should improve course quality,stabilize core talents and strengthen management and control of business process.In terms of income dimension,it is necessary to broaden the income source and adjust the cost structure.This study aims to provide a direction for the development of Hubei ZG education,and also hopes to provide case experience guidance for the whole industry.
