The Gap Between The Distributions Of Citizens' Legal Incomes During The Economic Transformation Period--On Its Present Situation, Cause, Tendency And Countermeasures

During the past 20 twenty years or so, China has implemented the policy of reform and opening to the outside. With the development of economy, the form and structure of distribution of Chinese citizens' income have undergone significant changes, especially between different regions, countries and cities, different professions and also within the countries and cities. In the past few years, China has gradually formed its socialist market economy and the macro-economy is changing from a shortage economy towards a surplus one. This makes the changes in income distribution more conspicuous. This has become a center of attention in China and people hold different opinions towards this issue. In general speaking, income distribution is an important link in social reproduction, fully reflecting the economic relationship between people and it is closely related with people interest. Factors causing the changes in income distributions include economic, policy and institutional reasons. Some of these reasons are rational while others are irrational. To explore into the issue of current income distribution can help us form a consensus and help the leaders make the right decisions. Obviously, it is very important to investigate and analyze the subject on our country's income distribution during the economic transformation period.In this article ,with the aid of basic modern theories lemphatically analyze the gap between distribution of citizen's legal incomes at the time of economic transformation basing on the research results which I have grasped This dissertation is divided into four parts: Chapter one is about the meaning of income distribution, the indexes to measure the gap between income distribution and the major theories con corn ing incomedistribution ; Chapter two is about the current situation of income distribution and its causes which are analyzed from development ,resources ,systems ,policy and so on ;Chapter three predicts that the trends in the changes in income distribution based on the "New Industrialization Road" advanced by the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China (16th NCCPC) will magnify first and then reduce ; Chapter four makes an appropriate appraisal of current income distribution and proposes some countermeasures to reduce the income gap.
