Research On Military Purchase System Reform After Our Country Entering Into WTO

Military purchase takes an important role in the military logistics and equipment installation, directly influencing the building up of the armed forces in terms of substance and tech foundations for combating. Well implementation of military purchase in the new condition means a lot both practically and strategically to the following all, which contain carrying out the policy of "reinforcing the armed forces by high-tech and building it in all-round developments", strengthening the logistical and equipment construction, putting forward the military reform with Chinese characteristics, realizing the bounding development of Chinese armed forces. This text holds the opinion as following: with the systematic construction and perfection of China's socialistic market economy, and especially with the great tendency to get integrated into the economic globalization after entering into WTO, new opportunities and challenges have been presented to military purchase. We should grasp the opportunities, creatively putting forward the development of military purchase in pace of time, so as to make more contributions to improving the combating ability of our armed forces. Therefore, this text concisely explained the concept, characteristics of military purchase and the problems existing in our current military purchase systems.
