On Import Of Firearms And Military Reform Of The Huai-army

This paper first defines the concept of "military modernization", and used as criteria to examine the Huai Army's military reform, noting that its success is the introduction of advanced western weapons and military training methods, and the Shortcomings is not realized the modernization of military organizational structure, operational command structure, military service system and the quality of military.
