It is long before that Taiwan is a holy part of China. Based on historical origin and international laws, Taiwan's sovereignty to the people's Republics of china is unquestionable. The essence of Taiwan problem is the problem of china's domestic affairs, which is a left-behind one resulted from the civil war between Chinese communist party and Guomingdang after the second World War. With America's interference in Taiwan, China's domestic affairs and it's standing in the way of China's unifying the country, Taiwan problem is far from been solved and has caused confrontation. Separation and isolation of the mainland and Taiwan for more than half of a century. After the foundation of the People's Republic of China, three generations of the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party from Maozedong, Dengxiaoping, Jiangzeming made every effort and enploration to solve this problem and push on the process of unifying the country for a long time. Based on the main factors(Mainland ,Taiwan, America) affecting Taiwan problem in different historical stage, the changes of their relations and the features of the overall situations abroad and at home, they put forward the policies to resolve this problem and held tightly the developing direction and took the initiative rights in dealing with this problem. At the very beginning of the foundation of P.R.C, the Ceutral Committee of the Communist Party of China, headed by Maozedong, posed and carried on the task of: "liberating Taiwan by force" and was always ready to conduct the revolution of people to the very end ,yet it was put off for the outbreak of the Korean War. In the middle of the 20th century, with the great changes of the situations abroad and at home, and the deeper interference in Taiwan from the United states, this problem seemed even more complicated. Thus, the Central Committy of the Communist Part of China put forward a policy of: "Peaceful Liberation of Taiwan" and a solution of: " One Outline with Four Items " which symbolized the change of the policies ofthe Communist Party of China from: "Military Forces" to "Peaceful Solution" . It also meant a historical leap in the process of unifying the country of the C.P.C.Since 1970s, there appeared new circumstances. The characteristics of the times had turned into "Peace" and "Development" . China also regained its seat in the United Nations.in addition, the relations between China and America were normalized as well. Under these new circumstances, the second generation of the leaders of the C.P.C. With Dengxiaoping as their Leader changed their working focal point and centered on economical construction. They creatively posed a new policy: "Peaceful Unifying and One Country, Two Systems" . This policy has been successfully applied to the return of Honking and Macao the motherland. Thus it has offered a good and realistic example to push on the resolution of Taiwan problem. After 1990s, the third generation leaders with Jiangzeming as their leader have stuck to the policy of: "Peaceful Unifying and One Country, Two Systems" Continuously and on the basis of new situations, they have further developed and iniatiated the content of the above policies. Finally, they evolved a systematicguiding principle--a speech by Jiangzeming in January 30, 1995, whose title is :"Going on striving to promote the accomplishment of the sacred task of Unifying the country" (also called "eight points by Jiang" ). The speech is another historical breakthrough in the policies of Unifying the country offered by C.P.C.All in all, the three generation leaders of C.P.C who were engaged in solving this problem and have always been pushing on the accomplishment of the sacred task of unifying the country showed their steadfastness in principles. That's to say, in the process and evolvement of the formation of the policies. They have always insisted on the policy of "Only One China" , opposing the interferences from foreign countries and objecting to nonsense view of "Two Chinas" or "One China and One Taiwan" throughout. What's...
