Because of the political situation change in the Island of Taiwan and "the Taiwan independence" fission force growing strong, the Taiwan issue unceasingly move towards the internationalization and complication. In Taiwan issue, Japanese factor is prominent day by day. Along with the expedite of the step of Japan become to the political great nation and military great nation , Japan more and more attach importance to and emphasize the strategy value of Taiwan, the political factor become denseness increasingly in the relation to Taiwan, and the political contact with Taiwan authority gradually moves towards publish from concealment. The Japanese factor in Taiwan issue has already became the problem which should be prudently treated about the Chinese government solving the Taiwan issue. At the same time, the Taiwan issue also becomes one of the important attributes of the overall development between China and Japan. Compares with the historical problem between China and Japan, the Taiwan issue is more substantive. The Taiwan issue has direct influence relating to the national benefit and geography strategy between China and Japan.In allusion to the increasing prominence of Japanese factor in the Taiwan issue, this article firstly elaborate the policy to Taiwan from Japan it's vicissitude. Base on above paragraphs, we discuss the tendency of Japanese policy to Taiwan and it's influence toward the relation between China and Taiwan, and analyzing the common policy to Japan from China based on the situation of Taiwan. At last, this article make the preliminary discussion about how should the Chinese government reply this problem. We hope that we can understand and grasp the change and development tendency of the policy to Taiwan from Japan through analyzing them, thus in favor of our exploring the approach to solve the Taiwan issue and developing the diplomatism to Japan purposefully.
