Research On Control Of Lean Production In Green Supply Chain

In the 1990's, lean production brought forward by American scholars, had ever brought great benefit to automobile industry in Japan. Nowadays,the thought of lean production is playing a more and more important role in the enterprise development. With the progress of science and technology and keen market competition, competition among enterprises has been turning to that among supply chains. Industrialization of throughout the world poses great influences on people's life, "Green tidal wave" has been surging in the whole word, green supply chain management emerges. The academic circle has now focused on the transformation of traditional lean production modes and given new meaning to it in green supply chain. In view of this, this thesis concentrated on the research into the control of lean production in green supply chain.On the basis of lean production thought, the thesis discusses the theory and method of the control of lean production in green supply chain. Moreover, the thesis makes a study on the control structure and system of lean production in green supply chain, gives pulling coordination control system model based on multi-Agent from the aspect of core enterprises. On the basis of analyzing factors affecting the control effectiveness of lean production in green supply chain and its objective, the thesis puts forward key control areas of lean production in green supply chain and controlling index systems. In addition, this thesis conducts research on production plan and control , cost and quality control, warehousing and logistical control, information control.
