The Study Of Management Control Method Based On Theory Of Supply Chain

Effective management control is required in many aspects of enterprises' administrant activities when strategy is tried to achieve. However, administration is complicated, the administrator can never take everything into consideration, which will transparently waste his energy and always leads to low efficiency. According to the principle of efficiency control and emphases control, enterprises should build effective control system to adapt to their own situation, which is of great significance to help them successfully gain their strategy goal and strengthen their competenceBased on the former research on correlative fields, this paper summarizes its work as follows:(1) On the foundation of principle of validity, the definition of point of management control is put forward by using the method of defining the control point of engineering and working procedure for reference. (2) The control system, which takes order control, stock control and choosing provider as control point, is established and discussed by using the method of distinguishing black box. (3) A deep research on the order control, stock control and the choice of provider is made based on the theory of supply chain management. (4) With the help of the theory and method mentioned above, this paper discusses the emergency to establish an effective management control system aiming at the situation of JG Company. And some countermeasures and suggestion on how to build its system of management control are brought forward.
