Research On Lean Production In Green Supply Chain And It's Performance Evaluation

With the wide use of supply chain management in enterprises, meanwhile, people pay more and more attention to environment protection, "Green tidal wave" surged in the whole global. Then green supply chain management emerges. How to make use of green supply chain management technology to develop traditional lean production theory and how to evaluate the performance of lean production in green supply chain comprehensively is a important management research issue. Primitive research on this issue is given in this paper.On the basis of the introduction of the necessity of the development of lean production, the system configuration of lean production in green supply chain is given and it s realization methods are discussed. The paper gives opinions on the principle, process and method of the performance comprehensive evaluation of lean production in green supply chain. Indexes of the performance comprehensive evaluation of lean production in green supply chain are analysed particularly and the index system is founded for lean production in green supply chain. The mathematic model of the performance comprehensive evaluation of lean production in green supply chain is founded by using of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Research on the obtained means of vector of indexes weight and membership degree and the selection of synthesizing arithmetic operators is given. Well viable means are given.
