Reasonable Thinking About The Relation Between Legal-system-strengthening & Political-civilization-improving

Political civilization embodies the people's pursuit of the harmonious social relations and ideal system. And administering -a-country-according-to-law is the basic strategy of governing a modern country and the only way to bring out the long peace. Therefore, there exists inherent ,inevitable and surprising consistence between legal -system-strengthening and political-civilization-improving. So the main concept of this essay is the interrelation between them. Firstly, from the commence of the connotation on political civilization ,I study the issue by philosophic investigation and dialectic analyses to the basic concept of political civilization ,and try to understand and interpret scientifically the key concepts of the relativity theory of China's characteristic socialism political civilization and law-system-construction, for which set up a good groundwork of the mansion on the relativity theory of law-system-construction and political civilization . Nowadays, the ages call political civilization ,the development trend of the logic and history of the problem is bound to stand out . Furthermore , at the basic of summing up the relativity theories of law-system-construction and political civilization ,the theoretical thoughts and the foundation of historical experience , combining the fact with theory ,I proceed to probe into the foundational topics of them in a specific way and deep thoughts, for example , analyzing lawful achievements' contribution to political civilization since China's reform-and-open policy , and the difficulties confronting law-system-construction in the new situation for political-civilization-improving . On the foundations of taking in the concerning studying results, in the light of China's national condition , I manage to put forward the new idea to improve modern China's political civilization ,attempting to make contributions of our powers to the most possibility for propelling our political reform ,political-civilization-construction and the entire modernization building .
