More opportunities and challenge are led to China’s bar association along with China’s advancement in economy and society. How to equip oneself to deal with economic conflict and competition with foreign lawyers should be the most urgent to do. American and European lawyering starts early and are more developed in management. They are very skilled in integrate modern market economic theory into customer relation management and their customer loyalty is amazingly high. How can we absorb the essence and improve ourselves to win customers lasting for hundred years? This paper focus on necessity and feasibility analysis about customer relation management to help to make customer relation management plan in the author’s law office. We find out than it benefits customer loyalty if we offer different service to different client after we put forth effort into Improving employees’ skills and abilities as well as feedback mechanism. We will succeed in enhancing the customer loyalty by providing appropriate service before, in and after the service.
