Education of four conception of Marxism developed among party members and cadres in the area of Tibet is the important part of ideological and political education of our party. It has obviously improved the masses of party members' thought quality, has strengthened their political acuteness and political taste during the struggle against separation, by which they can consciously safeguard the unified and national unity of the motherland. However, under the new situation of social economic leap type development in Tibet. Contradiction with current situation and incompatible need of struggles against separation are outstanding day by day. How meet this challenge, how realize Tibet the long-term stabilities of society, have already become the great theory subject of ideological and political education of the party members and cadres in the area of Tibet and practice subject. It just carries on some exploration and study under this kind of background in this full text, which is divided into three parts altogether.In the first part, it has analyzed the inversion, characteristic history and important meaning of developing the education of four conception of Marxism. The article thinks that the education of four conception of Marxism should combine closely to the reality of struggles against separation of Tibet, should criticize all sorts of fallacies of dalai group in Tibet about sovereigntybelonged to, nationality, religion, culture, etc. systematically, and should guide the masses of party members and cadres to consciously safeguard the unified and national unity of the motherland. Four- conception education must be with definite political nature, outstanding service and distinct pertinence. Developing the education of four conception of Marxism has great important meaning to build the ideology and politics, which strengthens the contingent of cadres group.In the second part, it has analyzed the current situation of education of four conception of Marxism. It thinks that education has made the obvious achievement. It raises the masses of party members and cadres' political caliber, the ability that they use the theory to carry on the thinking of reason. By this kind of education, our government has grasped the initiative against separation, has created the steady social development environment of Tibet, besides, and has accumulated the experience in strengthening ideological and political education, too. However, we have found some questions. For example, some party members and cadres still have deviations on the thought and knowledge. The method of Marxism education is still single. As to this, the article has carried on comparatively deep analysis to a great deal of questions that existed.In the third part, it has probed emphatically how under the new situation to carry on the education of four conception of Marxism. To the question existing, combining to the need of development of the new situation, it has made the search on how to strengthen the basic principle that should be adhered in the education of four conception of Marxism, how to deal with several relations. At last, this article has carried on the deeper discussion on some new actions.
