A Study On The Model Of Sustainable Development Of Eco-tourism In Wolong Nature Reserve

Wolong Nature Reserve is the largest unit of U.N. "Man and the Biosphere program of protection net" for panda conservation in the world. Also, Wolong is the hometown of "Panda", one of the three tourism brands in Sichuan province. This will focus on conservation and development, research on how to promote conservation through eco-tourism development and how to promote eco-tourism through conservation. Finally, it will attempt to better promote sustainable development in nature reserves.The paper is divided into seven parts. Chapters 1-2 summarize the history and status quo of domestic and international eco-tourism development in nature reserve and introduce the theory of eco-tourism; chapters 3-5 introduce the general situation and the condition of eco-tourism recourse in Wolong; Chapters 6-7 is important. Based on some theories and the actual situation in Wolong, the paper puts forward the model of NRTESDS(Nature Reserve Eco-tourism Sustainable Development System) with protection, planning, exploitation, management systems and offers new ideas and road for sustainable development of nature reserve. The new model can give some directions for eco-tourism development of other nature reserves and scenic areas.
