On February 7,2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the "Opinions on the delineation and adherence to the red line of ecological protection",and established the strict guiding ideology,basic principles and overall objectives of the ecological protection red line delineation.At that time,China will comprehensively lay out the delineation work of ecological protection red line,marking the development of China's ecological protection red line into a new rapid development stage.Nature reserve,as an important carrier of ecological civilization construction,has significant characteristics compared with other ecological protection red lines,which is representative of the natural ecological system,rare and endangered wildlife species of natural concentrated distribution,which is to retain the natural background,reserve species,scientific research,education base,and to retain the aesthetic value of nature.Therefore,the ecological protection of the natural protection area of red line system construction and other ecological protection of ecological red line construction is essentially different.In addition,according to the explained.The first chapter analyzes the present situation of legislation and ecological protection red line system of nature reserve in our country,summarizes the general situation of nature reserve and legislation development in our country,analyzes the existing legislation,legal system,law enforcement and legal supervision in the current legal system of nature reserve in our country,and the connotation,protection mode and theoretical value of ecological protection red line in nature reserve.The ecological protection red line system of the nature reserve adopts the "two zones" of the first and second class,the "two-level" protection mode at the provincial and local levels.The ecological protection red line system of nature reserve is the embodiment of environmental risk prevention
